50 Shades of Grey..Yes it is time to read it if you haven't

Fifty Shades Trilogy: Fifty Shades of Grey, Fifty Shades Darker, Fifty Shades Freed 3-volume Boxed Set [Paperback]

Well, I finally gave in and decided to read the "50 Shades of Grey" series.  As usual I didn't read the series when it first came out and I wish I had.

These books are such a fantastic read and will transport you to a world that most of us will never experience; and I am not talking about the immense wealth which gives the story a deep, rich touch.  Imagine have your every materialistic desire at your feet.

Ana, the heroine, is a bright and strong willed innocent and throughout the books develops into a well rounded character whose quick witt sometimes saves the day. When I first "met" Christian I honestly didn't like him, he's bossy and controlling but he shows a different side as the story continues.

I'm sure everyone knows the "gist" of the "50 Shades of Grey" books; sometimes a blush or giggle escapes my mouth as I read, quite often a good laugh too.   And I do have to admit that the time spent on my treadmill in the morning goes by very fast while reading these books.

Out of Order...

Sandra Day O'Connor's latest book:

Out of Order: Stories from the History of the Supreme Court

has just been released today, March 5, 2013.

I listened to a review on NPR's Fresh Air and was instantly captivated by the former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor.  An articulate woman with a refreshing frankness, former Justice O'Connor talked for an hour about her new book; about the stories she included and her take on a male dominated Supreme Court.
This book promises to be a good read about a strong woman who still sounds surprised she was chosen for the highest court in our land.
